Liverpool Science Park operates two buildings, Innovation Centre 1 and Innovation Centre 2, in the striking environs of Liverpool's Metropolitan Cathedral, at the heart of Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter. A third building, Innovation Centre 3, has also recently been given the green light and will be completed in Autumn 2013.
The flexible internal space planning provides a range of unit sizes throughout LSP's buildings. Suites start at 100 sqft and go up to floor plates of 10,000 sqft, providing accommodation for companies with one employee through to those with more than 100, although the flexible nature of the modular partitioning means that many permutations within this range can be accommodated.
In addition to bespoke offices, LSP also offers a range of small fully furnished offices (Starter Pods), hot desking for graduates looking to start their own companies (Graduate Enterprise Centre), hot desking for companies looking to benefit from LSP's business address and meeting room facilities (Virtual Office) and special rates for foreign companies looking to test the Liverpool market (Soft Landing).
In addition, LSP will shortly be building a floor of commercial laboratories in Innovation centre 2. These will be open in spring 2012. Innovation Centre 3 will also have 10,000 sqft of commercial laboratories, with provision for a further 10,000 sqft. It will also have a full range of small flexible units for young fledgling companies.
