Liverpool Science Park's 'starter pods' are proving the perfect

Previously oversubscribed, we are delighted to announce the availability of 5 additional pods, which are small private fully-furnished offices available at affordable prices. Designed for between one and four workstations, the pods are ideal for businesses that need a private office without high overheads or a long lease term commitment.

Our pods are home to an array of ambitious young businesses, entrepreneurs and companies with up to four members of staff. They provide accommodation for young home-grown talent and international companies looking to test the market here in the North West.
Collaboration between companies in the pods is common, and as
companies grow, there are various expansion options available on
the Park.
Prices range from as little as £196 up to £520* + VAT per calendar
month for the larger pods.
