CLRN
The Cheshire and Merseyside Comprehensive Local Research Network (C&M CLRN) is one of 25 CLRNs across England which form part of the NIHR Comprehensive Clinical Research Network (CCRN). CCRN provides support for clinical trials and other well designed studies in all areas of disease and clinical need.The C&M CLRN is based in Liverpool City Centre and is currently hosted by the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust. The C&M CLRN has a membership of 26 organisations: this includes a total of 25 NHS Trusts, of which eight are Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and the North West Regional Ambulance Service. In addition, there are also a number of HEIs within the catchment of the C&M CLRN.
