Centre for Educational Leadership
CEL Liverpool is a professional leadership development centre, and is a regional centre of CEL, The University of Manchester. CEL specialises in the design and delivery of leadership development and organisational change programmes in both the public and private sector.
In the space of 15 years, CEL has grown to become the design force behind many of the national leadership development programmes and qualifications currently available to school and education professionals.
