We negotiate every day in just about everything we do. However, few of us are armed with the powerful tools that make us effective negotiators, even with stubborn people.
Who is it for? Anyone who negotiates regularly.
Delegates will learn why simply bargaining over positions does not work and practice focusing on getting into rapport with the human being they are negotiating with. They will then develop the habit of understanding their organisation's interests, planning what will not be compromised on, developing a best alternative in advance and getting a clear understanding of the other party's interests. They will then learn how to develop mutually beneficial solutions based upon the principles agreed at the start of a negotiation even with 'difficult' people.
This interactive workshop lasts for 2 hours and is facilitated by leading business coach, Jerry Hopkins. Places are limited to a maximum of 12 delegates. The total cost is £75 +VAT. Includes e-coaching support for a month, all materials & refreshments.
