With almost half of UK Internet users going online via mobile data connections, it's more important than ever to ensure you're up to speed with mobile technology and how it can be used to benefit your business.
Liverpool Science Park in association with ACME and Apposing encourages businesses
to embrace mobile technology and is hosting a breakfast event with
special guest speaker, Scott Seaborn head of
mobile technologies for the Ogilvy Group UK and co-chair of the
Mobile Marketing Association.
Attendees of the event on Thursday 12 January will hear Scott
discuss mobile technology from a creative standpoint and how you
can really make it work in your industry.
In his role at the Ogilvy Group UK, Scott's work has won more than
20 awards for brands such as Fanta, Coca Cola and IBM. Scott also
holds a non-executive position with a mobile technology company, as
well as consulting on mobile and innovation trends for global
investment firms.
In the early days of the internet, Scott created some of the first digital campaigns. He spent seven years working through all the various digital disciplines before concentrating on mobile.
Described by the industry as a 'pioneer' of mobile technology,
Scott is considered to be a global leader in mobile technologies
and has been commended for his understanding of how technology
'meshes with great creative ideas to provide truly engaging and
useful applications'.
Interest in this event is expected to be high. In order to avoid disappointment it is recommended delegates register their interest to attend at the earliest opportunity. Priority will be given to companies within the technology sector.
There will also be an opportunity for 1-2-1 sessions with Scott
Seaborn after the main event. To register your interest in a 1-2-1
