About the High Growth Foundation
The Winning Pitch team has over the past ten years studied the behaviours and strategies of high performing businesses and entrepreneurs. We have worked with some 3,000 gazelle businesses and conducted an in depth evaluation of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, those that you would typically find in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.

The High Growth Foundation is a legacy of these initiatives - it results from many entrepreneurs asking what next?  The Foundation is a content rich business support offering that brings likeminded people together to discuss, debate and learn about growing their business. More specifically it will:

• Facilitate conversations between entrepreneurs exploring growth solutions to the challenges they face as well as share experience on where to get best advice. These conversations will be stimulated by a wide range of networking events
• Showcase success and share the stories of those who have become regional hero's such as Peter Cowgill who grew a small business in Bury to one that is a FTSE 250 business with a turnover of £800M. Peter and others share their stories and act as a stimulant for others who want more from their life and their business.
• Provide practical resources that provide the answers to many business growth challenges. Our web site will be loaded with growth tools and techniques that help to get an entrepreneurs head in gear and deal with the nitty gritty of How to achieve accelerated performance. A wide range of masterclasses, innovative and inspirational events will bring the learning to life. Only experts with the licence to stand up and talk about their subject area will feature in this event programme.
Ambition lies at the heart of the High Growth Foundation - we are interested in having individuals part of this who want growth. We want the HGF to be the breeding ground for the next generation of supersonic businesses - the ones that deliver added value jobs, ones that reduce dependency on FDI. We want to grow our own talent.
