LSP is in the fortunate and increasingly privileged position to be to offer tenants 24/7 access to on-site parking for a competitive rate. Furthermore, we are also one of the few central facilities to offer complimentary visitor parking. This service is available in two hour slots and is bookable through our online tenant portal.
We have also secured a preferential rate for our tenants on parking permits in the nearby Mount Pleasant multi-story. For £30 + VAT a month, this offers a cost effective, convenient and secure environment to park nearby (please note, this may be liable to change in the future beyond LSP’s control).

We are also conveniently located near Liverpool Lime Street station, the city’s main artery to the rest of the United Kingdom. With frequent and quick trains to London Euston Station, it is possible to maintain an easy physical link to the capital. There are also numerous services to both of the North West’s major airports, Liverpool John Lennon and Manchester Airport, offering the city a truly global outreach. For those who cycle to work, LSP provides bike racks for its tenants, along with showering and changing facilities. Liverpool City Council has also recently introduced a scheme where bikes can be rented easily with cycle stations situated across the city’s major footfall locations.
