The Huntington’s Disease Association helps people with Huntington’s Disease to have better lives. We are looking for a super-efficient organiser with great administration skills to join our Operations Team and support our charity’s activity.
Huntington’s Disease is a highly challenging disease affecting the nervous system, for which there is still no known cure.
Who HDA are looking for
This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to work for our Liverpool-based national charity, based at the Liverpool Science Park offices, where you will be part of a small operations team providing efficient and effective support across all departments.
We are looking for somebody with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar office role with fantastic IT skills. You will be part of an Operations Team that is the primary point of contact for all enquiries to the charity. You will provide day to day administration to charity employees and the Branch and Support Group network. Also you will be required to book travel, accommodation and training and support with the organisation of charity events. Another key task will be to maintain and input data on to client databases and maintain financial records.
Whether you have worked in a charity before or this is your first move into the sector, you will be keen to use your skills where you can make a difference every single day.
