Tapas and Spanish Cooking - A brilliant individual or team-building day
Both Spanish cooking and tapas are all about the food and the social experience, and this course provides an enjoyable cooking experience for a group! 

The Tapas and Spanish Cooking day includes:

- Demonstrations led by our qualified Chefs.

- Practical cookery sessions throughout the day where they will work at individual cooking stations with one other person.

- A Tapas style lunch that the group will prepare.

- A Spanish meal at the end of the day followed by dessert.

- Refreshments will be served throughout the day.

- A glass of wine.

The course provides the opportunity to cook using a range of skills and ingredients. The group will enjoy making a whole range of Spanish style dishes and tapas that can be put together and make great starters, sides and mains. Everyone will take away a whole range of ideas for cooking at home with friends and family.

The dishes will include a mixed starter followed by a whole range of mains including chicken, vegetable and fish dishes.

The day will finish with a delicious dessert with a Spanish twist.

*Each of the above options will also include a recipe pack and a cookbook to take home.
