LIVERPOOL SCIENCE PARK’S SECOND BUILDING, INNOVATION CENTRE 2, IS AWARDED BEST COMMERCIAL PROJECT
Liverpool Science Park’s second flagship building, Innovation Centre 2 (ic2) picked up the prestigious award of ‘best commercial project’ at the annual Your Move Property Awards last night. The red carpet event, which was held at the new Hilton Hotel in Liverpool, recognized property professionals and commercial developments in a range of areas. Liverpool Science Park beat stiff competition from The Hope Street Hotel and the Port of Liverpool building. The judges were particularly impressed by the building’s excellent BREEAM rating, its design, the success of lettings and the contribution the Science Park is making to Liverpool and the development of the knowledge economy.

ic2 was designed by Liverpool architect Falconer Chester Hall and is complimentary to Liverpool Science Park’s ic1 facility, the LJMU Design Academy and the Cathedral.
