Mando Group continues to bring home new business with Riverside win. - 10th February 2010

Riverside, one of the UK’s leading Registered Social Landlords has appointed Mando Group to redevelop its main website.

The award-winning digital agency has significant experience of working with the housing sector, having undertaken major projects for Places for People, Plus Housing Group and Sadeh Lok Housing Group. They have been briefed by Riverside to help them offer better-than-ever communication with residents.

Mando Group plans to use state-of-the-art technology, including Alterian’s ‘Immediacy™’ content management system, to create a resident-focused site. Mando Group will also be looking at ways to effectively integrate features such ‘Pay Rent Online’ and ‘Benefits Calculator’ into the new site. 

New features will include:
•             Significant re-organisation of information held on the site. This will include the creation of distinct corporate and resident areas to enable all visitors, to  quickly and directly find the information that is most relevant to them, without unwanted distractions.
•             Localisation of content relevant to where someone lives, or wants to live.
•             You Tube and Flickr streams, for an enriched experience with scope for tenant input.
•             Improved facilities for finding a home that will make life significantly easier for tenants by clearly directing them to properties available in their area.

In line with Riverside’s overall corporate objectives, which highlight the importance of resident empowerment, there are also plans for a further phase of work to create an online account management system for residents.
