LSP is focussed on attracting tenants which manipulate technology
or knowledge to create new products or services, or which have
established links with the universities' research base.
Companies to date have come from the creative, digital, gaming,
medical devices and life sciences sectors. In addition,
10% of LSP's capacity is put aside for best of class business
support organisations. This focus encourages real
opportunities for companies to interact with similarly sparky and
energetic colleagues from a broad variety of sectors, with a view
to making new innovative linkages.
