"My first visit to the LSP was to visit the management team. This was just after the Science Park had opened and although I had just set up my own business and wasn't particularly looking for office space I couldn't help but be impressed by the building's design, layout and location. Further conversations and support from the team helped me in my decision to apply for office space at the Science Park. I am now into my 16th month of my 2 year lease and I have not regretted my decision. The Science Park team are always on hand to help with any requirements of enquiries; clients are impressed by the building and especially its location.

Being resident within the Science Park has helped me through my first year of trading with support advice and a great location at a very competitive rate! I will definitely be looking to renew my lease..."
