Sciontec Liverpool
Liverpool Science Park is part of the Sciontec family.
Sciontec is a spin-out development company of KQ Liverpool and was created to bring together the science and tech assets across the entire City and Region.
Jointly owned by Liverpool City Council, the University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University and Bruntwood SciTech (a 50/50 joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General), Sciontec’s unique combination of partners brings together the key elements of the city, its universities, a developer and a fund – thus creating a development company, unlike no other seen in the UK before.
This unique combination of private and public sectors, is leading to the creation of new innovative science and tech spaces, as well as jobs that will contribute to the economic empowerment of the people of Liverpool.
