On the 16th and 17th May, the University of Liverpool’s Tech Directorate will be hosting a two day Proteomics and Mass Data Workshop.
Registration is now open for the Proteomics and Mass Data workshop(s) organised by the Technology Directorate’s Centre for Proteome Research (CPR) and Computational Biology Facility (CBF)
16 May: Proteins for the Masses
The CPR team will run a one-day workshop that will be of interest to anyone planning to use, or are currently using proteomics in their research. There will be user talks covering protein characterisation, quantification and alternative mass spectrometry along with the opportunity to meet the team and discuss how the different proteomics capabilities can increase the impact of your research.
17 May:Master your Mass Data
The CBF team will run a one-day workshop to demonstrate how to get the best out of your proteomics data including search optimisation, quantification and analysis. Again, there will be plenty of networking with the CBF team to enable you to get the best out of your MS proteomics data.
Companies based at LSP have the chance to enter a competition to win 50 Hours of access at the Centre for Proteome Research.
Delegates can attend one or both days but places are limited. Please register your interest via the following link.
