Situated next to the Metropolitan Cathedral, in the heart of the city’s Knowledge Quarter, LSP is part of a thriving innovation district that also includes three universities, the Royal Liverpool hospital, Paddington Village, Sensor City, and of course the cultural hub of the city, Hope Street. For those using public transport, Liverpool’s Lime Street and Central Stations are a ten-minute walk away.

In the age of Big Data, connectivity is vital to success. With up to 1Gbps of dedicated connectivity available and a resilient IT infrastructure, LSP boasts one of the fastest internet connections in the region. Our customisable and flexible packages are ready to go from your first day on site.
Meeting Rooms and Conference Space
There are seven free-to-use meeting rooms onsite that can be booked via the Community portal that all of our customers can access. Our meeting rooms come in various shapes and sizes, making them perfect for everything from Board meetings to group training sessions. If you’re looking for something a little larger, our event space can be booked by our customers at a preferential rate and can seat up to 70.
Collaboration
We believe that companies thrive when they are surrounded by like-minded enterprises and individuals. We limit occupancy to knowledge-based companies from any sector, key elements of commercial facing university R&D and professional companies, which support these companies in their day to day work.
Onsite Parking
There are 47 dedicated car parking spaces onsite at Liverpool Science Park. These can be rented on either a monthly or an annual basis, and by either an individual or a company. We also have an amazing discounted rate at a local car park that our customers can take advantage of.
Community and
Well-Being
Feeling part of the LSP community and promoting customer well-being is a core focus of LSP. With free bike racks and showers, our companies have access to multiple breakout spaces and break rooms. We arrange weekly onsite Yoga and Pilates classes, a local fruit and veg van as well as regular pop-up events from local independent companies and education institutes. (*some restrictions are currently in place due to the COIVD-19 pandemic.)
University Involvement
The involvement of the city’s two major universities in the ownership of LSP is essential. LSP searches for opportunities for customers to participate in university-led business training, for undergraduates to find placements in customer companies, as well as helping graduates benefit from any vacancies arising in LSP based businesses.
Onsite Coffee Shop
Perhaps the most important thing when looking for your next office is how good the coffee is onsite and we’re happy to say we have some of the best. Local independent, Land Coffee, is open Monday to Friday in iC1 and also sells amazing sandwiches, breakfast items and soft drinks.
Fitness Studio
All of our customers benefit from free access to our onsite fitness studio which houses an ellipsis, rower, treadmill, cycling machine, and multi-purpose weight machine. Once inducted in the space, you are free to use it around your daily schedule.
Sustainability
We are always conscious of our carbon footprint and take steps to reduce it whenever we can. Our buildings are great examples of architecture and both innovation centres 2 and 3 have achieved BREEAM certifications in recognition of their ‘excellent’ sustainability-oriented design. Making use of emerging technologies and engineering processes that maximise all possible energy efficiencies available was key in being as eco-friendly as possible.
